To Whom It May Concern,
As a former student graduated from Brooklyn College in September of 2015, I had a pleasure to take four amazing courses taught by Professor Myles Bassell. He’s one of the best teachers and the most intelligent people I’ve ever met in my life. What I really liked about his classes, they were never boring lectures that I felt I had to take just because it was a part of a college curricular. He always tried to engage students into interesting conversations and was open to different opinions. His classrooms were always full and everyone tried to get there on time because no one wanted to miss the fun. That’s right studying actually can be a real fun! Coach Bassell always made sure his students enjoyed the learning process and helped them on their path to becoming professionals in the field of Business Economics.
What was truly amazing about Professor Bassell is his respect to diverse backgrounds of his students. It might seem unbelievable but he was able to greet each of his students in their own language what made them feel special and appreciated. Besides that, he was always responsive to any questions related to his courses or the learning process in general. His weekly assignments were challenging but very useful and interesting. Coach Bassell was extremely organized and well prepared and was able to explain complex concepts in a simple manner. I’ve gained a great amount of knowledge attending his classes and really grateful to Professor for his passion, professionalism and commitment to promoting education and seeing unlimited possibilities among his students.
